I think I agree. I have a problem with the code thing... what if we can't log in the e-mail account that is used to log in TT2? I have accumulated a bazillion points in one account and I don't want to lose them... :oops:

Have to say I'm disappointed that GameSamba is fully taking stuff over. There wasn't so much as a mention of all the work that Oddlabs has done; the info was presented like they were coming out with a new game all on their own.

I just wasn't too impressed...

Perhaps it was idealistic, but I was just hoping for a more balanced input into development.

What?!? Yeah, thanks for nothing, dude. No wait, that's not quite right. Not "thanks for nothing", but thanks for taking what was a great game and ruining it

Sorry Sune, I know you needed to do something to get TT2 rolling again, and I'll be the first to applaud if they actually get it right (eventually), but for now the general consensus seems to be that you've really dropped the ball by going with this GameSamba crowd

I don't think GameSamba is really at a stage to offer proper support for TT2. They're not even offering a proper beta of the game yet and are probably busy with many other aspects of readying the game. There's no excuse for a prolonged disruption but I don't recall such a transition ever occurring without some kind of down time. Unfortunate and odd that you can't login while most can. Not that there's much to do in game at the moment Dak!

Can only be good that you and others have submitted tickets though. It'll show them that there's people who care about the game and are eager to play, and will gladly submit bug reports when the proper beta rolls out.

The lack of support wasn't the issue, it was the attitude. If I received a reply saying "please be patient, we're working on it..." that's fine, but to not even read my bug report submission, ask me questions I had already provided answers for, then call me rude when I pointed out that fact, is not fine.

Fair enough. Can't help myself regarding your login issues for I've been using Lion with Safari 5.1 since this business started. It just can't be your browser or up-to-date Java and they can't be bothered to spend the time to help at the moment. Hopefully when the proper beta is released. Has anyone received an email yet?
