Running Linux, x86_64 with two 1280x1024 monitors, TwinView enabled.

It'd be nice to be able to set custom resolutions, like 1280x1024 or 1024x768, without needing to define X metamodes, or run a separate X server.

I've tried manually defining resolutions in the settings file but on launch it defaults to 2560x1024 again.

Tribal Trouble 1 can only use resolutions that are defined in x.org.

Tribal Trouble 2 uses only the native resolution for fullscreen, and windowed mode has a choice between three sub sizes of this, without being limited by x.org.
