I'm sitting in Fluid Mechanics class and am rather bored, so I decided to start a random new topic.

So, what's everyone's favorite dessert(s)? I have a personal preference for most things chocolate, but there's a great butterscotch-pumpkin cake I've made for my birthday the last few years. Anyone else care to share favorite desserts from restaurants, bakeries, or friends/relatives? Pictures are welcome, though I'm not about to stick one up on here of the cake I made because my dad felt the need to slap a ton of candles on it. :wink:

Belgian waffles or coconut sorbet. The latter I always eat at New Year's Eve, it's so yummy! :)

Olive Garden's "Black Tie Mousse Cake" is also a favorite, though I'm typically so stuffed after eating there I don't order dessert.

My mum makes this really awesome slice, it's got 3 layers: a crushed biscuit base, a creamy middle layer, and jelly on top. I've loved it ever since I was a kid, and she still makes it for me on special occasions :D
