edit: it is working now

Recently there has been some problems with Tribal Trouble 2. The user count continued to raise because users who logged out weren't being cleaned up. The Hall is also pretty much inaccessible. We have been debugging these errors for some time, and the current status is that there is a problem with a new major release in the Google App Engine. The problems have been reported to google from several developers, but they have not yet acknowledged it as a valid issue.

In the mean time we are trying to find a work around to the bug. Unfortunately this is no easy task and we hope Google get their act together and fix the problem fast.

How long will it take (estimate) to get this mess cleaned up?

Sune,

Is there anything we can do to help? Send an email or post a message on a forum somewhere?

It seems they have finally realized it is a problem on their side. It is difficult to say how long it will take to fix, but I hope it will be today.

Google has just moved our database to a working part of the app engine, so it seems everything is working again!
